These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the SunnySide 24/7 AC website, submit a form, request service, schedule an appointment, call us, text us, or communicate with our team. By using the website or requesting service, you agree to these terms.

Website information

The information on this website is provided for general HVAC education and service request purposes. We try to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or free of errors. Service availability, response times, pricing, financing, offers, and appointment windows may vary.

Service requests

Submitting a form does not guarantee an appointment, price, diagnosis, or same day service. A SunnySide 24/7 AC team member may contact you to confirm details, availability, address, urgency, access, scope, and next steps.

SMS terms

When you check the SMS consent box, call us, text us, or otherwise ask to receive text messages, you authorize SunnySide 24/7 AC to send one to one SMS messages about your HVAC service request, appointment scheduling, service updates, customer support, estimates, and related account communications.

SMS messages may be sent through Twilio and other communications providers. Delivery is not guaranteed because mobile carriers, device settings, network conditions, blocked numbers, and other factors can affect message delivery. SunnySide 24/7 AC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent, phone numbers, and SMS content are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with website operations, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, use forms for spam, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

Third party services

Our website and communications may rely on service providers for hosting, analytics, form routing, email, phone, SMS, scheduling, and customer support. Your use of those features may also be subject to provider rules, carrier rules, and legal requirements.

No emergency guarantee
